Peñíscola closes the year with the Traditional Cuisine Gastronomic Days. Participating restaurants serve up special menus starring traditional homemade recipes and local produce.

Local chefs offer diners the chance to try authentic seafood dishes imbued in the deep-rooted traditions of the City in the Sea. 3 course meals include starters, main course and homemade dessert. Fish, seafood and produce from the farms of Peñiscola are the most common ingredients found in the many different dishes served up by local chefs.
